Refund Policy

    1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

     

    • Orders for jewellery products which have been personalised in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke alterations cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

     

    • This includes but does not limit items which have been altered in size, engraved or embossed. Other items which cannot be returned for exchange or refund are earrings or other jewellery items which are worn through the body.

     

    • Purchases made in store which have not been altered or personalised can be exchanged or credit noted if returned unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds to any value.  

     

    • Returns must be sent to the address provided to you when a returns request has been made. Return requests can be made via email or telephone.

     

    • Items being retuned by royal mail must be done so using Next Day special delivery with maximum value covered and the tracking reference provided to us. We accept no liability if such proof cannot be produced.

     

    • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the item has been received back to us in saleable condition then we will refund the purchase price using the same means of payment by the buyer when the item was purchased.
